Your request number is in the email we sent when you asked for a quote, for example TF-26-0142. The last 4 digits are those of the phone you gave us.

Once you open your request, you see where it stands on these seven steps, each with its date.
- Request received We have your request and the details you sent.
- Phone call We talk through the size, colour and timing.
- Site visit We measure on site.
- Quote A detailed quote with materials, finish and price.
- Your decision Accept the quote or ask us about it.
- Production Made to measure in our workshop.
- Installation Fitted on site by our team.
