The website
The descriptions, photos and examples on the website show our work and products in general. They are not an offer: the colours, sizes and finishes are agreed for each project.
Requests and quotes
A request for a quote is free and does not oblige you to anything. Our quote states the work and its price in euro.
No agreement is made on this website: it is here to ask us for a quote, to write to us and to follow your request. Accepting a quote here tells us that you want to go ahead; we then agree the work, its details and the dates with you directly.
Following a request
The request number with the last four digits of your phone, and the link in our emails, show your request to anyone who has them. Keep them to yourself.
Photos you send
Send only photos you took or are allowed to use. We use them only to prepare your quote.
The content of the website
The texts, photos and design of the website belong to TopFence or are used with permission. They may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent.
Liability
We take care that the information on the website is correct and that the website works, but we cannot promise that it is always available or free of errors. Links to other websites are given for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
